Palak Chappathi

You Need:

Wheat flour - 3 cups
Palak (Spinach) - 1 bunch


1. remove the stems in the Spinach and wash well in the water.
2. Take a pan and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes till the leaves have color changed and become small...It takes very less time to cook spinach.
3. Grind the spinach and store it in the container. you can use this for one week when stored in refrigerator.
4. When preparing the chappathi flour, add the spinach as per the desired quantity and prepare like normally by adding oil, salt and enough water.

You can do the same with methi leaves as well...But for methi leaves you dont have to grind it. You can boil and directly add it to the flour while preparing the dough.

Healthy Spinach/Palak Chappathi is ready to be served now....
