Pepper chicken fry
Got bored of usually chicken recipes....Then this might be for you...
This masala gives you authentic restaurant style pepper fry.

You need:
Chicken (boneless) – 250 g
Black pepper/Milagu – 3 tsp.
Fennel seeds/Soambu – 2 tsp.
Cumin seeds/Jeeragam – 2 tsp.
Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
Ginger – 1″ piece
Garlic – 6 cloves
Salt – 2 tsp. (adjust to your taste)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
Water – 1/2 to 3/4 cups
Tomato (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Curry leaves – 2 spring
Fresh corriander/Cilantro/Kottha malli – handfull
Lime – a small piece

Onion-Tomato Chutney
Fry in the oil and grind the below and add the normal Tadka
1. Onion
2. Tomato ( same qty as onion or even more)
3. Garlic - 3 to 4 nos
Tadka:
1. Mustard seeds
2. urdu dal
3. curry leaves
Cauliflower Curry
My son, Ashwath likes cauliflower curry very much. With easy ingredients, you get nice dish.
Peanut Laddu (10 min Laddu)
You never believe how much i'm fond of this.
You need:
Peanut
Jaggery
Elachi
Coconut shredded
Just grind coarsely peanut along with jaggery and mix the rest of the items. Slowly add milk/water to make round of this mixture.
You get quick and healthy snack :)

Spicy Biscuit
I made this spicy crispy biscuit during this Navratri......Mu hubby loved it:)
You Need:
Maida flour - 1 cup
chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - As per taste
Mix Maida, chilli powder, salt to taste and knead to dough using water.
then roll it like chappati and cut them into diamond shapes using knife.
Fry them in batches till crispy.
yummy snack is ready now :)
