My Mil is an awesome cook. This recipe had been adopted from my MIL. I did little variation. Will post the original recipe soon.
You Need:
Brinjal - 1/4 kg
Tomatoes - 2 nos ( If small, take 4 nos)
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Onion - 1 no (Finely chopped)
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - To garnish
Salt - To taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Just keep adding one by one, and cook till oil separates from the dish. You get nice aromatic side dish for dal rice :)
